Same recipe, smaller size. Always fresh, always perfect.
Nutty, hearty, full of fiber. Good for your gut and your soul.
Our focaccias
Crackly thin crust, airy crumb. French technique, wild starter.
Fresh onion and fresh black olives folded through every slice.
Buttery cinnamon swirl, plump raisins. Toast it for breakfast.
Home delivery
We're a home bakehouse in Tampa Bay. Order online, we bake it fresh and deliver it straight to your door.
Our craft
Flour, water, salt β and a wild starter we've been nurturing for years. 48 hours of cold fermentation. No machines, no shortcuts.
Incredible crust β that shattering crackle, then a soft, tangy crumb. Genuinely bakery quality, left right on my porch.
Got the garlic butter focaccia for a dinner party and it vanished in minutes. Already planning my next order.
You can taste the 48-hour ferment β deep and tangy, never gummy. Best bread in Town & Country, hands down.
Right on time, and the loaf was still slightly warm when it arrived. Honestly felt like getting a gift.
The only sourdough my whole picky family agrees on. And the whole wheat loaf makes unreal toast.
Onion & olive focaccia is dangerous β I ate half the tray before dinner. Tampa is lucky to have Sour Dude.
Good to know
Add the loaves you want to your cart, then choose a delivery day and time window at checkout and pay online. We bake everything fresh to order and bring it to your door in the Town & Country / Bayport area of Tampa (33635).
We bake and deliver three days a week β Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Because every loaf goes through a 48-hour cold ferment, we need at least 48 hours' notice, so the calendar only shows the days we can still bake for you.
Two each day: a Morning window from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and an Afternoon window from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Each window has limited capacity, so once we're full it will show as sold out in the scheduler.
Keep it cut-side down on a board for two to three days, or slice and freeze in a sealed bag for up to a month. To revive a loaf, warm it in a 350Β°F oven for 8β10 minutes for a crackly crust. Avoid the fridge β it actually stales bread faster.
Yes β our bread is just flour, water, salt, and a wild starter. No dairy, eggs, oil, or sugar. It is made in a home kitchen that also handles wheat and seeds, so it is not gluten-free or certified allergen-free.
Securely online by card at checkout. You'll get a confirmation with your delivery day and window right away, and a baker will text you the morning of delivery to confirm your exact address.
