Home delivery
We're a home bakehouse in Tampa baking sourdough bread and focaccia to order. We deliver Saturdays in Tampa, and pickup in Palm Harbor is a short drive from Clearwater, Dunedin and Oldsmar.
Our craft
Flour, water, salt, and a starter we've been nurturing for years. 48 hours of cold fermentation. No machines, no shortcuts.
Good to know
Add the loaves you want to your cart, then choose home delivery or pickup at Charlie Coffee, pick your Saturday and pay online. We bake everything fresh to order, so there is no walk-in inventory.
We bake and deliver once a week, on Saturdays. Because every loaf goes through a 48-hour cold ferment, orders need at least 48 hours' notice, so only valid Saturdays are shown at checkout.
Saturdays. Pickup at Charlie Coffee is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and home delivery runs 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. We'll text you when your order is ready.
Keep it cut-side down on a board for two to three days, or slice and freeze in a sealed bag for up to a month. To revive a loaf, warm it in a 350F oven for 8–10 minutes for a crackly crust. Avoid the fridge, since it actually stales bread faster.
Our loaves are just flour, water, salt, and a starter, all vegan, with no dairy, eggs, oil, or sugar. The focaccias contain olive oil, so they are not oil-free. The Seeded loaf carries sesame, flax, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. Everything is made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations, and in a kitchen that also handles wheat, seeds, and dairy, so nothing is gluten-free or certified allergen-free.
Securely online by card at checkout. You'll get a confirmation with your delivery day and window right away, and a baker will text you the morning of delivery to confirm your exact address.
